The Pro Shop operates several company owned stores in the major centres of South Africa including Durban, Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria. There are currently no plans to expand corporately owned stores beyond these centers however, we receive requests from potential Franchisees in larger towns and small cities. If you would like to offer a property solution to potential Franchisees in any of these centers, the following minimum requirements must be met;
- Golf Club memberships greater than 1 500 members in a radius of 15km
- Rounds of golf in excess of 40 000 rounds in a radius of 15km
- Store size between 150m² and 300m²
- Basic rental of less than R70m² per month
- Reasonable annual escalations in line with CPiX
