Warranty and Returns Policy

  • We provide a 30 day satisfaction guarantee to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately wedges, odd irons and forged clubs do not carry the aforementioned guarantee. Products on sale, promotion, close-out or in the bargain basement, also do not carry a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

  • All merchandise purchased from The Pro Shop Online, comes with a minimum manufacturers warrantee of 1 year. This warrantee covers any manufacturer's defect against breakage or damage caused as a result of "normal" use.

  • In the event that you wish to return you purchase, it must be returned to The Pro Shop - Fourways. It can be dropped off or couriered to the store at your expense.
